RULES
This rarely happens but let's say you get a product that is broken or defective. Here is what you need to do.
- Don't freak out, we will take care of it.
- Use the CHAT WITH US icon on the lower right side of the home page. We will send you further instructions.
- Take a picture of the problem and send the pic to us. We really need that pic within 14 days of you receiving your product. It helps us to solve the problem faster.
- We have a more detailed legalese policy on our policy page. Pay no attention to most of that. We are reasonable people. We don't want to keep your hard earned money, we want you to be satisfied. We guarantee to take care of you.
